Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Wessel Werk EBK361 Power Nozzle is a motorized floor head fitted with a button-lock neck, cross-referenced to Wessel Werk 4851. Its driven brush roll agitates carpet fibers while the vacuum pulls, digging out embedded dirt and pet hair that suction alone leaves behind.

When a power nozzle's brush stops turning or its bristles wear flat, carpet cleaning falls off sharply and the head simply glides over the pile. A slipping belt, jammed roller, or worn brush strip are the common culprits. This replacement nozzle restores full motorized agitation and the deep pickup that a power head is meant to deliver.
