Returns & Exchanges

This is the height adjust assembly for a Riccar canister power nozzle, stocked as part C350-9700 and cross-referenced to factory reference 42495. The assembly is the complete adjuster mechanism, not the wheel or lever on its own, so it bolts into the nozzle base ready to work.

When this adjuster wears out, the nozzle typically settles into its lowest position and stays there, or the selector stops holding any setting besides the two extremes. Either problem leaves the brushroll unable to reach the right depth, dragging across pile it should skim or hovering above bare floor without making contact.
