Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Hoover's PortaPower canister vacuum takes the Style N paper bag sold here as part 128SW, five to a pack. Hoover used the N style letter on the PortaPower line, and that letter, not a specific model number, is what determines whether this bag fits your machine.

A canister bag that has taken on its full load restricts airflow before it looks packed, and the PortaPower starts to feel like it is working harder for less pickup. Left in place too long, an overfull bag can also let fine dust bypass the paper and reach the motor. Fitting a fresh Style N bag from this pack reopens that airflow path right away.
