Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Plumeria vacuum fragrance is a highly concentrated 1.6 oz oil-based refresher that clears household odors while you clean. A few drops go into the vacuum bag, filter, or water basin, where airflow spreads the floral scent through the room.

Powdered deodorizers fade quickly and can leave residue in the machine. This oil-based formula holds a fuller scent for longer per application and works in standard vacuums as well as water-based systems, so one bottle lasts many sessions.
