Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This gray Plastiflex low voltage hose assembly (Part #XZ130138040BU) runs 40 feet and carries an on/off switch on the handle. It matches Plastiflex model 1126 and transfers suction between the central vacuum unit and your cleaning tools.
