Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Plastiflex low voltage hose assembly (Part #XE130138035FUN) is a 35-foot hose with a 1-3/8 inch diameter and a plain handle metal pipe with no button. It corresponds to Plastiflex model 1122 and works with most brands of central vacuum.

Soft central vacuum tubing eventually cracks, kinks, or develops leaks, and any of those cuts cleaning power at the handle. This replacement restores a full, sealed air path across the whole length. A bleeder valve on the handle lets you vent some airflow to reduce suction when cleaning drapes or delicate items.

  • Fits: Plastiflex 1122 and most central vacuum brands
