Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Fitted with a gas pump-style handle, the Plastiflex 30-Foot Electric Hose (Part #SZ130138030BCUN, model 1133) carries suction and switch power across most central vacuum systems. The handle combines a dual switch with a pigtail cord and a button lock that holds the wand securely during cleaning.

A hose that leaks at a cracked cuff or has a worn handle switch loses airflow and can drop power to the nozzle mid-clean. This 30-foot replacement reseals the run and returns firm, consistent suction from the inlet to the tools.
