Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Plastiflex CV-VEX-R inlet valve in white with a round door is a replacement wall inlet for central vacuum systems. This is the fitting you actually touch every time you vacuum: lift the spring-loaded door, plug in the hose, and the central vacuum system activates automatically so you can begin cleaning in that room.

When not in use, the door closes flush with the wall, keeping the inlet unobtrusive and sealed. Cracked doors, tired springs, and inlets that no longer open properly are the usual reasons to replace one, and this valve is designed for easy installation in a standard mounting.

The white finish suits most trim and wall colors. The same round-door valve is also offered in almond for homes with warmer paint tones, so you can match inlets throughout the house.
