Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Plastiflex CV-VEX-R inlet valve in almond with a round door is a replacement central vacuum wall inlet finished to blend with warmer wall colors and older trim. Functionally it works like any VEX inlet: connect the hose and the system starts automatically, remove it and the spring-loaded door swings shut flush against the wall.

Inlet valves see years of daily use, and eventually a door cracks, the spring loses tension, or the inlet stops opening and closing cleanly. Swapping in a new valve is an easy repair that restores both the seal and the convenient plug-in connection point in that room.

The valve is designed for easy installation on standard central vacuum systems. If your walls are white or cool-toned, the same round-door valve is available in a white finish as well.
