Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This black plastic adapter (Part #13.1580-300) connects Fitall 35mm attachments to a 1-1/4 inch wand or hose. It closes the gap between mismatched connection diameters so tools from different sets work together.

When a tool and wand do not share the same diameter, the joint leaks or the attachment simply falls off, wasting suction. A correctly sized adapter locks the two together for a firm, airtight fit.
