Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This circuit board is the replacement control electronics for Bissell 17N4 and 17N5 steam cleaners. Part 2032289 is the board the machine's controls run through, so when it fails the steamer typically will not power on at all, or it powers on and then shuts itself off without warning.

A board like this rarely fails gradually. Most owners see the fault appear all at once, no lights, no response from any button, or a machine that runs for a few seconds and then cuts out.
