Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Replacement paper bags for the Nilfisk BackVacuum XP, part 22198000, five to a pack with a pre-filter included. On a backpack machine the bag is the first stage of filtration and the pre-filter is the guard standing between anything that gets past it and the motor.

Backpack vacuums punish a full bag harder than an upright does. The motor is small, it runs for hours at a stretch, and airflow through a loaded bag falls off long before the bag looks full - so the first sign is usually a machine that feels like it is working hard and picking up little, along with a noticeably warmer exhaust against your back.

Change the bag at around three-quarters full and fit the fresh pre-filter at the same time. Both come in the pack, so there is nothing else to order alongside.
