Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The UB-12 belt drives the agitator brush that combs and beats carpet to release embedded dirt. When the belt stretches or breaks, the brush roll slows or stops and pickup drops sharply. A new belt re-tensions the agitator for proper bristle contact, and the spare in the pack keeps you ready for the next service.
