Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These genuine Broan-NuTone Central Vacuum Paper Bags (Part #VX3918STD) are 8-gallon bags that fit VX3918, VX550, and VX1000 central vacuum models. They arrive in a 3-pack and handle both filtration and dust containment for the unit.

As a bag fills, airflow through the machine drops, suction fades, and the motor works harder to move air. Swapping in a fresh bag when the old one nears two-thirds full keeps airflow strong, protects the motor, and holds captured dust securely.
