Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Nilodor Spring Mint Water-Soluble Deodorizer Concentrate is a 128-ounce (one gallon) bottle of mint-scented odor neutralizer for commercial and high-volume use. Because it dissolves fully in water, it deodorizes any water-safe surface and folds into a range of cleaning tasks around a facility.

Odors settle into floors, fabrics, and the air across a building, and treating each one separately is slow work. This concentrate handles the job at scale: add it to mop water or a cleaning solution, mix it into laundry, blend it into latex paint, or dilute it as a general air freshener to keep whole areas smelling clean.
