Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

These replacement Napsac long paper bags fit Clarke vacuums and come six to a pack. Each paper bag captures dust, allergens, and debris while air passes through, keeping the collected mess sealed inside.

As a paper bag fills, airflow through the media falls and suction drops, and an overfilled bag can let fine dust escape back into the exhaust. Changing to a fresh bag before it packs full keeps airflow open, holds suction strong, and stops dust from recirculating into the room.
