Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Non-stretch Mylar belt for the Hoover WindTunnel Rewind Plus, part 38-3310-05, fitting the UH70200. It runs from the motor shaft to the brush roll and is the single part that decides whether the brush turns at full speed or merely turns.

Rubber belts fail slowly and dishonestly. They heat, they lengthen, and long before anything snaps the brush roll is running slow enough that carpet stops looking clean after a pass. The film construction here does not take that set, so tension stays where it started and the brush keeps its speed for the working life of the belt.

If the brush roll has stopped, or there is a hot rubber smell after a few minutes of use, the belt is the first thing to check. Tip the machine, take off the sole plate, and route the new belt over the motor shaft and brush pulley.
