Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This concentrated 1.6 oz oil-based fragrance in mulberry is a vacuum refresher that helps neutralize common household odors as you clean. A few drops go into the vacuum bag, filter, or water basin, where airflow carries the scent through the room.

Powdered deodorizers tend to fade quickly and can settle in the machine. Because this formula is oil-based, the scent lasts longer per application, and a small amount covers many cleaning sessions in kitchens, bathrooms, and beyond.
