Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This motor mounting bracket (part #440010754) fits the Hoover 7069 and holds the motor securely inside the machine. It anchors the motor in its original position so the assembly stays steady in use.

A broken bracket lets the motor shift, which causes vibration and noise and can strain the surrounding parts. Once the motor is loose, the extra movement accelerates wear elsewhere. Fitting a sound bracket returns the motor to a firm, stable mount.
