Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

B380-6700 seals the point where the motor's exhaust meets the outlet on PV2 chassis upright vacuums. Once that seal hardens or shifts out of place, part of the exhaust stream escapes into the machine body rather than passing through the final filter stage on its way out.

Heat cycling across years of operation is what sets this kind of seal permanently, and a seal that has taken that set rarely reseals once the motor has been pulled. Fitting a new one whenever the motor comes out is cheap compared with chasing the same leak a second time.

Chassis codes matter more than they look here: confirm PV2 on your machine's parts diagram, since seal dimensions vary by platform even when two uprights look alike side by side.
