Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Motor cover assembly with seals included, part D380-1114, for PV chassis Tandem Air uprights: the Riccar Radiance line and the Simplicity X9. The cover closes the motor compartment and the seals hold the air on its intended path through the filter stack instead of leaking around the housing.

Covered machines include Radiance 2, Radiance 4, Radiance 6, Radiance 6+, Radiance 8 and Radiance 10.

Seals harden and shrink with heat over the years, which costs suction at the motor even with a fresh filter set fitted, so a cover complete with new seals is worth doing on a machine whose compartment has been opened many times. Ships to you in 2-5 business days.
