Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part D113-1400 is the motor and fan assembly for the Simplicity F3700/C and Riccar RSL5/C, and it is also listed for the Z-600 on the same ultra-lightweight platform.

This is sold as the complete motor with its fan wheel attached, not a rebuild kit or a motor-only unit. It is the part to order when the motor has failed outright, whether that shows up as no power at all, a burning smell, or a bearing noise that has gone past the point of a temporary fix. A motor that spins but has lost most of its suction can also be worth replacing here rather than chasing the loss elsewhere first.
