Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This metal telescopic wand for Hide A Hose is a stainless steel wand with a button lock and a Comfort Seal connection for simple, secure attachment to any Hide A Hose handle. It extends from about 25 inches to 38 inches in one-inch steps to suit different users and tasks.

A wand that will not hold its length or connects loosely makes floor and above-floor cleaning awkward and can drop the tool mid-job. This telescoping wand locks at each setting and seals firmly at the handle for steady, comfortable reach.
