Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details
The long, tapered nozzle that came with your Riccar R20UP or Maytag M700 upright is part B226-0314C. Its taper narrows the airstream down to a slot, which is what lets it pull dirt out of places nothing else reaches.
The work it does is edge work: the gap where carpet meets baseboard, the seam between couch cushions, around radiator fins, the runners under a car seat. Those are exactly the spots that look fine until you get a tool into them. A crevice tool that has cracked at the neck loses that concentrated pull and starts whistling instead.
Replacing it is a couple of dollars against a whole cleaning capability. Clip it back into the onboard storage so it is on the machine rather than in a drawer.
