Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The 16 inch magnetic strip (part #MS16) attaches to the front of an upright vacuum and pulls up small metal items like pins, needles, staples, and paper clips while you vacuum. Its wider span covers more of the floor ahead of the suction inlet.

When metal debris slips into the suction path it can damage the brush roll, puncture the bag, or restrict airflow. Keeping a functioning magnet across the front stops that debris at the source, and the removable cover makes clearing the collected metal simple.
