Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

On the back of the upright, this charcoal clip, part B232-0431, is what keeps the lower end of the extension wand secured to the housing whenever the wand is parked rather than in use, preventing it from rattling loose or dropping free while the machine moves.

This clip takes a stress every time the wand is snapped in or pulled free, and the plastic tab that grips the wand is the point that eventually snaps off or loses its spring, letting the wand rattle in its holder or fall out entirely while the machine is carried between rooms.
