Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement lower housing forms the base of the Turbo Cat 9874 power nozzle, protecting the internal parts and supporting the brush roll assembly. It holds the brush roll at the right height so the bristles meet the carpet evenly.

A housing that is cracked, warped, or has broken mounting tabs lets the brush roll sit unevenly, which weakens contact with the carpet and dulls cleaning. Replacing the lower housing when it shows that kind of damage restores a solid base and consistent brush-to-floor contact.
