Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This lower cord hook (part #440009804) fits the Hoover C1703 and Royal CR50005. It mounts on the lower body of the machine and holds the power cord wrapped neatly for storage.

A broken cord hook leaves the cord dangling, which creates a tripping hazard and makes the vacuum awkward to store. Once the lower hook is gone, the cord has nowhere to seat at the bottom of the wrap. Fitting a new hook restores tidy, secure cord storage.
