Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement low voltage hose switch restores on and off control to the handle of your Plastiflex Valuflex central vacuum hose, and is built for the Plastiflex 9309. It provides the reliable electrical switching that lets you start and stop the central unit right at the hose.

When a hose switch stops activating the vacuum, or works only intermittently, the fault usually lies in the worn switch contacts. Fitting a matched replacement returns dependable control so the system responds every time you press it.
