Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Rainbow AM-12 AquaMate lens (Part #R14173) fits the AquaMate IV and late-version AquaMate III carpet extraction systems, and is listed to fit R13986A. The clear lens lets you watch solution flow through the extractor while you clean, and it forms part of the sealed body.

A lens that is cracked, cloudy, or no longer sealing spoils that view and can break the housing seal. A fresh, clear lens restores good visibility and a proper seal. Note that this lens does not work with a squeegee blade the way the previous version did.
