Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This large dolly caster wheel (Part #R14091) fits the dolly of the new-style Rainbow E2 Type 12 vacuum and is sold individually. The dolly carries three large wheels, so a full set means ordering three. Each wheel lets the canister roll and pivot smoothly across the floor.

A caster that is cracked, worn flat on one side, or no longer rolling freely makes the machine drag and skip as you pull it along. Swapping in a fresh wheel restores smooth, even rolling. When one wheel is worn, the others are often close behind.
