Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Kirby Tilt Latch Kit is a genuine OEM handle pivot assembly for the Kirby GEN 3 (G3), G4, G5, and G6 (GSIX) uprights. This polymer pivot sits where the handle meets the vacuum body, letting the handle recline for cleaning under furniture and lock upright for storage.
Over years of reclining and locking, the pivot components wear and the handle begins to feel loose, floppy, or refuses to hold its upright position. Installing this factory-standard kit restores firm, positive handle movement and a secure storage lock.
