Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This spray gun assembly, Kirby part 250201S, serves the shampoo system on the Kirby Generation 3, Ultimate G and Diamond Edition uprights. It is the piece that delivers shampoo solution as you clean, and it is the component that most often gives out on an older shampoo kit.
Seals dry with age, the trigger action weakens, and the gun starts to drip or stops atomizing altogether, leaving foam patchy on the carpet instead of even. Rather than hunting individual seals, swapping in the complete assembly brings the shampooing side of the machine back in one step. Note that the Suds-O-Cap is not included — this is the gun assembly on its own.
If your Kirby is a Gen 3, Ultimate G or Diamond Edition and the shampooer has stopped spraying evenly, this is the part to order. Owners of other Kirby generations should match the assembly made for their model.
