Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 305702 is the brush roll for Kirby's shampoo system, the roller that carries the scrubbing bristles used with cleaning solution rather than the row used for dry carpet vacuuming.
Once bristle length drops off, the shampoo attachment scrubs less effectively and works less solution into the carpet fibers, so stains that used to lift stop responding the way they did when the roll was new. A roller with bristles at full length works solution further into the pile and lifts more of it back out, which is the difference between a carpet that dries clean and one that dries streaked.
It fits Kirby shampoo systems across the Generation 3, G4, G5 and GSIX, the Ultimate G, Diamond Edition, Sentria and Sentria II.
