Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the cloth outer bag assembly for the Kirby Sentria, part 190008, with the straight zipper. The outer bag holds the disposable inner bag and forms a second layer of filtration around it, so it is doing real work rather than simply dressing the machine.
Cloth bags reach the end of their lives in three ways: the fabric thins and tears along the fold lines, the zipper stops running or loses teeth, and the bag holds a stale smell that no amount of washing shifts. The smell is the one owners notice and the one that never comes out, because odour lives in fabric that has been holding fine dust for years.
