Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM rear axle assembly kit (part 555211A, also 102095) rebuilds the rear axle on Kirby G3 and AV2 uprights. The kit supplies the axle and related hardware that carry the rear wheels and set the machine's ride height at the back.
A worn or bent rear axle lets the wheels wobble, drag, or sit unevenly, which makes the vacuum hard to push and can throw off brush-to-carpet contact. Rebuilding the axle with a fresh kit restores smooth, level rolling and proper height across every floor type.
