Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM Power on Lite lens in clear is a factory Kirby part sold two per pack, built for the Kirby Heritage II and Heritage II Legend. The lens covers the power-on indicator light on the vacuum, protecting the bulb while letting its glow show through so you can see at a glance that the machine is running.
These small lenses crack, cloud, or fall out with age and handling. A missing or broken lens leaves the indicator exposed and harder to read. Fitting a fresh factory-spec lens restores a clean, clear window over the light and a finished look to the housing.
