Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Kirby's black massage cup, part number 214114, is a hose-end attachment listed for the Avalir, Avalir 2 and Avalir Platinum. It is a soft moulded cup rather than a rigid plastic nozzle, which is why it is one of the pieces owners end up replacing: the rim splits, or the material goes hard and loses its give after years shut in a cupboard.
Fitting it is a matter of pushing it onto the hose end the same way the original went on. Nothing else on the machine has to come apart, and no tools are needed.
