Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Ten machine-end gaskets for Kirby uprights, part 223881S. The gasket seals between the suction and blower connector on the machine and the hose assembly - a flat ring that costs almost nothing and quietly decides how much of the motor's airflow actually reaches your tools.
Rubber takes a set. After years clamped in the same joint the gasket goes hard, flattens out and stops filling the gap, and the machine starts drawing air at the connector instead of through the hose. The result is above-floor cleaning that feels weak for no reason you can see, because nothing looks broken.
Ten to a pack is deliberate: these are worth changing any time the hose comes off. They fit a long run of Kirby machines - the 505 through 562, the Classic, Omega, Classic III and Tradition, the Dual Sanitronic 50 and 80, the Heritage, Heritage II, Legend and Legend II, and the Generation 3 through 6, Ultimate G, Diamond Edition and Sentria.
