Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 232495S is the rear slide button bracket screw for the Kirby Gen III drive, sold ten to a pack. It is listed for the GEN 3 itself along with the AVALIR, AVALIR 2, AVALIR PLATINUM and Sentria II.
The bracket these screws hold is what keeps the transmission slide button running true. Once a screw backs out or its thread gives up, the bracket shifts a fraction, and the symptom shows at your foot: the button binds, drags, or clicks awkwardly between drive and neutral instead of moving cleanly. Most people suspect the transmission long before they think to check two fasteners.
Each screw returns to its original hole, so nothing needs drilling or shimming. Do both sides at once rather than pairing a fresh screw with a tired one, since the bracket clamps evenly only when the hardware matches.
