Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Extension wand for the Kirby Generation 6, part 224014. It fits between the hose and a tool to add a wand's worth of reach, which is what makes ceiling fans, cornice mouldings and the tops of bookcases reachable without dragging a stepladder from room to room.
The reason most of these are bought is straightforward: the old one has cracked at an end fitting, been bent out of round, or simply disappeared. A split end will not hold a tool securely, and it bleeds air the whole time the machine is running, so the nozzle at the far end works well below its usual strength.
