Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 600189A is a set of ten fasteners sized for the joint between the bearing plate and the motor housing on Kirby uprights. Keeping that joint snug is what lets the fan and brush drive spin true, so a stripped or backed-out screw there is a running-clearance problem rather than a cosmetic one.
Every time the machine is opened up for belt work, brush maintenance or fan service, these fasteners come out and go back in, and each cycle is another chance to round off a head, cross a thread, or leave a screw sitting slightly proud without noticing at the time. Once that grip lets go, the machine picks up a buzz or a shake under load, and owners tend to chase that noise toward the motor or brush drive long before they think to look at this hardware.
Buying the full set of ten means every screw in that joint gets replaced together instead of pairing tired originals with one or two new ones, which is usually how a corner works loose again within a few months. Turn each screw down evenly in sequence rather than driving one home before starting the next, since uneven tightening can cock the plate slightly even with brand new hardware.
