Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM 15-inch nozzle hose unit serves the Kenmore 31150 and BU1018 uprights, carrying dirt from the floor nozzle up to the dust collection compartment. It is the internal airway that moves debris off the brush roll and into the bin.

When this internal hose cracks, kinks, or works loose at a connection, suction weakens at the floor nozzle and pickup drops even though the motor runs normally. Replacing it reopens the airway so debris travels cleanly from the nozzle to the collection area.
