Returns & Exchanges

This brush roller is the Karcher OEM Part 8.639-762.0, the 300 brush roll for the Windsor S2. It mounts in the cleaning head and drives its bristles across the carpet to agitate and lift embedded dirt.

Over time the bristles wear down and the roller bearings loosen, so agitation weakens and carpets stop coming clean. A worn roller can also throw or chew the drive belt. Fitting the correct OEM roller restores full brushing action and steady belt tension.
