Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This jet wand valve rebuild kit (Part #14-1972-06) supplies the stem and seal set that lets you rebuild a leaking or sticking jet wand valve instead of replacing the whole assembly. It fits commercial carpet extractor jet wand valve assemblies.

Repeated triggering and constant chemical exposure wear the internal stem and seals first. As they go, the valve starts to drip, stick, or fail to shut off fully, which wastes solution and slows the job. Fitting the fresh stem and seals seals the valve back up and returns crisp, positive control at the wand.
