Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part A891 is a three-pack of Hoover Style I bags with allergen filtration, made by EnviroCare as a replacement for the original Style I bag. Hoover's own catalogue designates this bag style Type I, which is the same style aftermarket makers write as Style I.

An allergen-grade bag is only as good as the seal around it. Even a bag rated to trap fine particles will let dust bypass into the room if it is not seated fully on the machine's collar, so a snug fit at the collar matters as much as the media itself for keeping fine dust contained.
