Returns & Exchanges

The stretch hose takes more abuse than anything else on a Kenmore canister. It gets pulled around furniture legs, stepped on, and flexed at the cuffs thousands of times. This is the complete stretch hose assembly, part KC84PDTDZV06, listed for the Kenmore canister 116.35922502.

It carries dirt from the wand back to the dust collector, so a fault anywhere along it shows up as lost suction at the tool while the motor still sounds strong. Pinholes whistle. Splits at the cuff let air in where the hose bends hardest. A clog somewhere in the middle kills airflow altogether and usually announces itself with a change in motor pitch.

Because it comes as an assembly with both cuffs already fitted, there is nothing to splice or seal: the old hose comes off and the new one goes on. Check the model number on the plate underneath your canister before ordering.
