Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Kenmore stretch hose is a replacement flexible hose that extends and retracts to give your canister vacuum reach without excess slack underfoot. It connects the machine body to the wand and attachments and carries the full airflow that powers cleaning.

Stretch hoses lose their spring, crack along the coils, or split at the cuffs after repeated pulling and coiling. A hose that leaks air or no longer recovers its length costs you suction and makes above-floor work awkward. Installing a fresh stretch hose returns both the reach and the airtight seal the vacuum was built around.
