Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

This is the hose retaining ring for the Sharp EC-TU4707, part PHLD-A010VBFA. It clamps the hose at its connection point so the joint stays seated and sealed while the machine is in use.

The ring takes the pull. Every time the hose is stretched to reach across a room the load lands here, and eventually the ring cracks or the tabs that grip it wear round. The joint then loosens under suction, air is drawn in at the connection instead of at the floor tool, and cleaning power falls away, often while the machine sounds exactly as it always has. In the worst case the hose simply pulls free.

It is a quick fix and worth doing before the hose end itself gets damaged. Inspect both hose ends for splits while the ring is off, and confirm your model is an EC-TU4707 before ordering.
