Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The hose receptacle (Part #R13333) is a replacement connection fitting for Rexair E Series vacuums, the point where the hose seats into the machine. A sound receptacle holds the hose securely and keeps the suction path sealed from canister to cleaning head.

When the receptacle is cracked or worn, the hose connection loosens and leaks air, and that lost seal is a frequent cause of weak suction. A fresh receptacle restores a tight, secure hose connection so full cleaning power carries through.
